Ronald C. Fulmer Jr., CEO , Founded Movers & Groovers along with Matthew Doscher. Ronald has vast
experience in working with government agencies over the past 12 years as a lobbyist with the State Capitol
Group. This knowledge and experience along with his keen eye for advertising and his vast sales
experience serves valuable to the success of Movers & Groovers.

L. Matthew Doscher, COO, With 10 years experience with United Health Care Group, as an International
Appeals Supervisor his influence of forecasting, planning activities, setting team directions,
conflict resolution, and supervision ensure that all crew leaders and members are qualified, educated, and
trained in the proper manner .This with 8 years of experience in the transportation, moving, and relocation
industry and notable experience with contracting including: Contracts with NAVFAC,The Charleston AFB,
The College of Charleston and the Charleston Art Institute provide attributes that are vital to this company.

Josh O'leen, CFO, Joined Movers & Groovers in 2010 was the former President and founder of O'leen
Moving. Josh has over 10 years experience in the transportation, moving, relocation industry, along with
notable experience with contracting including: Contracts with Home Depot, Lumber Liquidators, Pottery
Barn, ABF, Uhaul and College of Charleston. This experience coupled with his history of accounting and
financial planning attributes greatly to the growth of Movers & Groovers.

Mr. Ronald Fulmer, Secretary , has extensive experience in working with government agencies. His experience
as an instructor at the US Military Academy, Vice President of Triple S Wholesale, Member of The South
Carolina House of Representatives, House Education and Public Works Committee, Chairman of The Highway
Safety Subcommittee, Chairman of The Budgeting Agency Administration Subcommittee, Joint Appropriations
Review Committee, Major Gifts Officer for The Medical University of South Carolina, Director of Public
Relations and Governmental Affairs for Brett Public Relations, President of Fulmer Public Relations, and
Partner with The State Capitol Group, will provide the skills needed to assure the level of service our company
is accustomed to providing.

Brenda Doscher, Dispatcher and Accounting has over 5 years experience in performing these duties and is
exceptional with understanding task performance. Mrs. Doscher also possesses wonderful qualities in relation
to customer service. The outside experience of owning Spring Cleaning Service LLC, and being a Supervisor for
University Medical Association for 11 years provides a level of experience that contributes to her success with
our company.

Movers and Groovers, Inc. is a proud member of the American Moving & Storage Association. The organization provides various
seminars, trainings, lectures, and functions nationally for those involved in this industry. Many of these, members from our company
have attended. The information learned has helped our company in keeping up with compliance, new trends, training, software, and
staffing. Being a member of AMSA has provided an advantage for our company to learn, network, and grow.

Overall, the experience and qualities that each team member possesses is the reason why our company has experienced such great
success over the years. Each individual displays their management capabilities on a daily basis. The management team of Movers and
Groovers, Inc. has demonstrated through their accomplishments, the capability to perform their respected duties consistently and
with longevity. Each member plays a key role to our success.
